    Hard to imagine the utter lack of compassion that has to exist to challenge the Affordable Care Act during a pandemic, but here we are.

    The United States just filed its brief in the major constitutional challenge to the Affordable Care Act that will be argued next term. The government says the entire ACA is invalid but leaves room for the court to leave in place certain provisions that don't harm the plaintiffs.

    My response when I hear design execs say out loud that product design should be influenced by architecture. You mean the gatekeeping, sexism, racism, and good old boy culture? No thanks. Also, stop saying this out loud because your bias is in full display.

    This is an example of laziness and incompetence by who ever “designed” and “built” this voter registration UI. This tragedy of a web site from 1998 should have cost less than $1.75 to make. Thx to for the find.
