How to log out
- In the top menu, you will either see a navigation menu icon or your profile icon. Tap whichever icon you have.
- Tap Settings and privacy.
- Tap Account, then tap Log out.
- Tap OK to log out of your Twitter account from your Android device.
Logging out of an account in the Twitter for Android app does not delete your account. You can always add an account back later by using the Log in button.
If you have multiple accounts, learn about adding additional accounts to your app.
Note: We no longer support Android versions 2.3 through 4.1 in the Google Play Store. If you remain on these versions, please note they will not be updated. To experience the most up to date Twitter for Android experience, download the latest version in the store or visit twitter.com in your browser.
