Getting Rated

Get rated and gain exposure for your hot script! Hot Scripts uses a listing point system to determine the rank of your listing in its category or search results. The more points you earn, the closer to the top of the category your listing will display! The 2 most effective ways to earn points and drive your listing to the top are:

1. Rating Widgets

   If you want to promote your script (or other web resource listed on Hot Scripts) you should get it rated! You can place our rating widgets on your web site or on the sites of your friends.

2. Visitors Referral

   Each time you send a visitor from your site to Hot Scripts, you will earn 1 referral point. Over time, all your referral points will be accumulated and distributed evenly across all your listings. You can review your referral points at 'My Referrals'.

To get started, follow the instructions below:

1. Login your HotScripts.com account.
2. Visit the My Listings section.
3. Click on the 'Badges' next to the listing you want to promote.
4. Copy and paste the HTML code on your site.
