    उत्तर प्रदेश के देवेंद्र सिंह हार्ट वाल्व ब्लॉकेज से पीड़ित थे। अगर वो स्कीम से नहीं जुड़ते तो उनके परिवार को अपनी ज़मीन बेचनी पड़ती। मुफ़्त उपचार की मदद से उनका इलाज हो पाया।
