"I have done a lot of work in my house and I have dealt with different contractors I the past, but this time I found a real gem. Liroy of the Royalty Builders took care of the renovation of our additional family room, electrical re-wiring of the entire house, installation of our vinyl floors, relocation of the tank-less water heater, and the creation of a walkway that could accommodate handicaps in a span of 9 weeks. Liroy treated us like family yet he exudes professionalism and utmost dedication. Whenever problems arise during the construction, he was flexible to deal with them and patient enough to accommodate our needs and requests as well. He was present in all the aspects of renovation projects and attends all the meetings as much as he can, and being punctual at that! What I specifically like about him is his transparency in everything he does by always updating us on the progress of the work they're doing. He truly understands the goal of our project and helped us with functionality even on a budget. As it comes with his professionalism is his keenness to cleanliness. He made sure that his staff removed the debris and dirt at the end of every workday. Most importantly, I am very please with the quality of his workmanship. He truly delivers! I would not hesitate to refer or recommend him to everyone I know as I want them to experience as well the satisfaction my family and I had with his work!"

"I was really happy with Anthony and his brother Tom. They are very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. Anthony fit me into the schedule that worked for me. I did get a couple of bids and one of them was less expensive, but the quality of the wood they wanted to use was more important to them than giving me the lowest cost. When I Reviewed the material costs, they ended up being just as competitive. I wanted it to look top-notch and it really does! Very very pleased with these guys. "Lees Pro Builders repaired leaking windows and inside water damage. They did it quickly,cleaned up after their work and everything looks like new. They did this before the rains started and we haven't any new water issues. They also replaced roof tiles on fixed damage to roof mouldings. Below one window we have decorative balcony framing. They saw an issue and fixed and repainted it - No additional charge. Great guys!"
