"Shar is simply the best contractor I have ever worked with. He is super reliable, professional, courteous and is a true craftsmen. I had a smallish job of installing clothes rails in my wardrobes, Shar visited, quoted and completed the job with no wasting time or mess. He also did a couple other minor jobs as a professional courtesy. His texts/communication is thorough, detailed and always spot on. He goes over and above to meet your needs and really loves his job. He even worked to my budget and I cannot rate him enough, I wish there were 10 stars! As if that wasn't good enough, he does everything from carpentry to plumbing. "For the 2-3 minor mini-projects at my moms home in Bernal Heights, luckily permits are definitely not required. The third and final mini-project I plan to do is just to put the same granite countertop and some new modern handles on my downstairs vanity. So far, for minor non-permit matters at your home, Scott is great and charges reasonable prices. He is quick and efficient. I would hire him again, but only for minor repair matters that do not require dbi permits. He is definitely my *go-to,* guy for now. He is a good find in the SF bay area.
