"I honestly don't know if I can express how impressed I was with Jim Hays and Co. I based my decision solely on the reviews from the company that had a LARGE number of reviews and the 9 that were submitted on Jim's company. I did not see a single complaint over pricing, all the reviews were positive and reassuring. We lost power to the heat pump leaving the inside of our house warmer than the outside temp.

I called Jim's number and explained all the steps I took to eliminate and troubleshoot on my own. The fuse in the handler was good, breakers were good too, everything looked good from a non HVAC professionals point of view. Jim gave me Jeff's number, his son. I called Jeff and gave him the down and dirty. He was at a job and could get to us in the evening, he was in the middle of installing a unit when I called. I then rec'd a text from Jeff stating that he can meet me at our house at 2:00 instead of 5:00 as we agreed upon, that is HUGE in my book, earlier than later. When I got home, he was already diagnosing the problem, running up into the attic and me following. I asked him if I could listen to what he was explaining to Taylor, she has been with the company learning for, I think about 3 years. That was impressive, not being thrown into the fire like other HVAC companies after the tech "graduates" from HVAC school out there trying to sell upgrades that really aren't needed. I asked for some business cards so I could keep, good, honest and fair companies are hard to find. Jeff figured out what the problem was, the "idiot", me, who installed the thermostat 2.5 years ago, cut the red "hot" line by mistake when I installed the thermostat. Jeff in a matter of minutes performed magic, replaced the faceplate, ran up in the attic and twisted wires, replaced the wire nuts and all of a sudden the unit kicked on. We went outside and he tested the pressure, and explained what his displays were showing him. At no point did he give the classic upcharge line of, "you need freon", being truthful and honest will win me over every time. I have never had such a pleasant experience in my life! My last house in Winchester I paid for freon and then they told me I have a crack in the copper. EES&CE Inc will be coming out to repair our gas fireplace in the fall. They were a joy to have them in our house this afternoon. I plan on using them for other repairs I care not to take on. I know I rambled on raving about Jim and Jeff but you WILL NOT be disappointed by selecting them over the other contractors in the area. Jeff's professionalism won me over and will win you over too. "

"It was such a great pleasure to interact with such a professional as Adam. We have a oil fired (which not to many business want to touch), hot water radiator system and no heat. I called Adam from the HomeAdvisor and he squeezed us in the next day for service. After Adams initial inspection and repair of obvious problems it was found to numerous water leaks from frozen pipes (another company was involved in the HVAC system). Adam from 360 Mechanical gave us a proposal that was less than 1/2 the quote of the other company and Adam would shift his schedule and start the next day. The next Adam and his helper arrived at the appointed time and got started right away. Through the entire process Adam kept me informed as what was going on and his progress. Adam payed close attention to detail, case in point, something did not seem right to him, I could not tell but he made 3 attempts to get it the way he wanted it. Adam stayed until the job was finished about 7pm, but we had heat that night. I had some hot water heater issues, the next afternoon Adam came over and resolved them. Conclusion, Adam gave us the reassurance and peace of mind that our heating system and hot water system reliable and dependably for us. "

"The price/performance ratio is amazing. I got a complete installment in my 1920 home that had no previous air-conditioning system installed. They use great products and work with you through the whole process.
Only, I wish they would have an electrician hired in-house, they do not connect the system. Although they do give you a contact, that guy is really hard to work with because he is just not replying on your phone calls, text messages or emails. So, if they could just take that one too so that I don't have to deal with it that would be great."
