"Jake came to my house on time for his appointment. He even called me while on his way to the house and kept me apprised of his expected arrival time. Jake's work in my house involved mold testing. He was very professional and explained to me the steps that he was taking in order to conduct proper testing. He was very knowledgeable about testing procedures. He tested both my attic and the outside of the house to use as base data for comparison. He said that he will send the samples to a lab and that I should expect the results and his report to come in within 24-48 hours. Well, the report did come about 30 hours later! I really appreciate the fast service! His report of the mold test was objective and easy to read, and he even provided the link to Wikipedia to help me understand technical terms indicated in the lab results. Aside from this technical expertise, I found Jake to be friendly, even-handed and engaging. His customer service orientation is outstanding! I would have used him again for mold removal and remediation but will have to use another company for independence and impartiality. Hopefully I do not have to use him again (for obvious reasons) in the future but I will definitely refer Jake and his company to my friends and relatives!"
