"Adam. who owns Next Gen Property Management , LLC arrived at my home after talking to me on the phone about my project. He came out and gave us an estimate on replacing or repairing a downspout on the back of our home. after he gave us the estimate we hired him.<br /><br />Adam ended up replacing the old downspout at the back of our home with a larger circumference downspout that would help prevent the downspout from clogging up as much due to tree leaves and seeds getting the downspout. The old downspout was clogged with debris. After installing a new larger downspout the job was completed and Adam did a great job.<br /><br />Adam then checked the eavestrough near the front porch of our home and found that there was standing water in the eavestrough as I had previously told him. Adam suggested installing a brand new downspout in that area and I gave him the go ahead. Now the eavestrough does not fill with standing water and that is due to the new downspout that Adam installed near our front porch. <br /><br />Adam is a personable young man and he seems very knowledgeable in many areas of home improvement or home repair. He was very thorough on the two outside jobs he did for us when he installed the two new downspouts for my wife and I. He did a such great work that we are having him do several other jobs for us. "
