"Arrives when he says he will. We hired him to do out mosaic back splash in the kitchen above a granite counter top. Him and his helper were very polite and professional. They did a nice job to protect our counter top and tile floors. Did an appropriate job of clean-up and than some. His price was better than three other quotes. I will definitely add him as a potential hire again if I have other tiling work to be done."

"Jeff Pacini gave us great resources to look for our tile and moulding and suggestions for the design. The workers were meticulous in laying the tile and keeping our home very clean during the project. The workers and Jeff checked in with us frequently to make sure we were satisfied as the floor was being done. They also did extra things, like installing a toilet paper holder and towel rack after the painter had left and the paint dried."
