He worked fast, was polite and listened to me, he talked with me, not at me if you know what I mean. Excellent communication skills all around. He replaced ceiling lights, shower light, (showering in the dark sounds dramatic but bites in reality) also fixed my difficult to shut front door, replaced the rotting sections of my privacy fence, fixed outdoor plumbing issues, removed old posts for a dog runt hat no longer exists, straightened out the bathroom faucet among things, and everything he did is excellently done. I am thrilled to have found him, and later on, in the year, I am so calling him back for another project.Well done Mark! I could not be happier. "
