Of the many companies that popped up to do the work I needed done, only three responded. One to tell me they couldn't do the work, another to tell me they'd have their guy call me later in the week (which didn't happen), and Wayne with Southern Site Prep. Wayne showed up to do the estimate when he said he would, then showed up to do the work when he said he would. He did an excellent job of digging a drainage area and of grading the surrounding area to even it out/create a nice slope. Will call on Wayne again for future projects.

I hired Ryan and his crew to remove my bad concrete driveway. They provided me a wonderful estimate, and also provide me a wonderful job!
