    Once while accepting an award Maya Angelou said "we stand on the shoulders of giants". I knew one of my giants, he had the biggest heart in the world and he loved me from my first breath to his last one. Thanks for all your lessons, laughs & love.

    Leaving this right here. Pennsylvania (which has 3x the GDP that of Oregon) just did 20x the investment that Oregon has done to support small businesses during $100M of which will be grants to firms AND additional $100m for underserved firms.

    ... communities. We have to be willing to tell them what we need, when we need it & how they can play an authentic role in building our communities up. We will see where it goes but I think they are they ones that are ready.

    ... firms in Oregon is abysmal. When they have been pushed they didn't run for the hills or remain silent like so many other institutions in Oregon. I believe they see whats happening in this moment as well as the business opportunity in supporting historically under-banked...
