"Wren and an associate winterized the back of my house that faces the Pacific Ocean, gets lots of wind, rain and salt air. Painted the wooden window frames using a mildicide in the paint, the door, the window grate, checked the roof, repaired a hole created by a broken roof tile, replaced the ventilation cover which required making adjustments because the house is 80 yrs old and there was no ventilation cover available that was just the right size.
