    flat and have a damn hard time getting out of bed in the morning. After finishing the walk, there are a lot lore items in the buffet for me to choose from. I’m figuring out which one is the best strategic move next. Keep going.

    I thought Coach was taking me out on a trail hike.....WRONG. I should’ve known when he started sharpening machetes 😂. We bushwhacked our way up some mountains and as you he says...WORTH IT. My mind wants that easy road that other people have taken.

    I was probably 60 percent prepared. He probably got that number up to around 80 or 90 percent (you can never be fully 100 percent prepared for a journey like this). He made sure I had the correct hydration vest, salt tablets, UV protected shirts.

    the mitts. Since then I’ve been doing a lot of yoga and physical therapy. This was my first hike back with - 7 miles with some steep inclines. I learn and go deep on big projects and retreats. I experience deep levels of transcendence. It’s easy to do that at the

    I haven’t talked about this yet but one of the most important days of a huge project is the day AFTER you finish. I wanted my body/mind to know that I’m not done. The next morning I was up at 4am, meditated, went to CMC boxing at 5:30am, jumped rope, hit the heavy bag and
