Overall, I'm very pleased with the results. The process was a bit bumpy as the project ocurred during the spring rainy season. I will say, Doug is a man of his word and he completed the project in the timeframe that we agreed upon --regardless of the weather. I would recommend him and his crew.

Doug was on time and very competitive in pricing. We had originally planned on taking a phased approach on completing our project but after he finished phase one we could not stop and we had him complete everything. All was done to our exact needs and the jobsite was left spotless. I would recommend them to anyone.

What an awesome job done well and on schedule. Doug was creative, understanding, and cooperative working with us. We were able to do exactly what we envisioned and at a fair price. I would recommend First Impression we are very happy with our new look to the home. Please contact Doug and ask him to share photos of his work. Our project will be one of many, we will be one of his clients who had the Pavor Patio instead of the Tek Patio.

He was delayed in starting due to his truck breaking down. He never called to let us know, we had to call him. The young guys he had working for him (he was not present on the site) left cigarette butts all over the place, which I have to now pick up. It is inconsiderate to smoke on other peoples property without their permission and even more inconsiderate to leave the butts in the yard.

I am Impressed! ! I was looking through the local paper and heard about ServiceMagic and hesitantly decided to try the web based service. Just minutes after my online request for yard work, First Impressions called me to arrange to give me an estimate. Company owner Doug came out personally to inspect for the estimate. He was half price of the other bids. His team of 4 or 5 men showed up and power raked, blew leaves, picked up and hauled away all the mess in record time. First Impressions delivered everything as promised. They even worked through a rainstorm to get the project completed on time. Doug was very professional and provided a reasonable price within our budget for the project. We would recommend him to others.
