The consultation took about an hour and a half for these projects because he shared so much experience he had on what could and could not be done, what would look best, and what would bring the most value to the home. Other contractors just took some pictures and gave a quote while Tim was very thorough in explaining his process. Throughout the remodeling, he would text me updates and things that he ran into that I should be concerned with. Being on time, on schedule, and on budget were never an issue and he was able to complete all jobs to my vision. "

"If I were to write all the reasons why Michael and GA Home Builders is amazing, this review would be a short novel. My husband and I had structural issues with our 3 story town home. We got 5 quotes from very reputable companies and off the bat, Michael was different than the others. He came over the same day I called him for him to look at the issues. He was the only contractor that didn't want to add on additional things and said he would save our flooring and ceilings if possible when doing the structural repairs. All the other contractors wanted to tear up our flooring and carpet and install new ones. Any major changes to your home is so stressful and finding an honest, trustworthy contractor is even harder. At the end of the day no matter what you're getting done to your home, you want a contractor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, understanding, and will communicate with you every step of the way and Michael does that. Our home is now structurally sound, we have a brand new gorgeous fireplace that we literally sent one picture and a description of what we wanted and he nailed it. I will always contact Michael for any remodeling/home repair needs. He goes above and beyond, has an eye for design and knows this industry like no other. I learned so much from him. Michael is amazing and the best, kindest contractor you'll ever meet. He wants to make his customers happy and will do what it takes. Thank you Michael for what feels like a new home! He did much more than install new countertops, new flooring, tile in kitchen, laminate through out, remodeled cabinet for new oven, new sink. "I highly recommend Hayberg Restoration. What was originally going to be a very small tile job, turned into a larger job when we found out our bathroom tile was incorrectly installed by the builder. We had Hayberg tear down our shower and the drywall it was attached to and add backer board and re-tile the shower. Heyberg was able to give me a new quote and schedule the crew quickly. The crew worked efficiently and did a beautiful job. The price was reasonable, and communication with Bryan (our PM) was good. I will use Hayberg Restoration again if I need additional work done!"

"High Life added on 400 square feet to our house. What used to be a deck is now our main living room, complete with vaulted ceilings, gable windows, a pass-through to the kitchen, and a widened opening where the previous exterior door was. The room has CMU foundation and attaches to the existing roof. Adding 400 sf to our 1350 sf home has added a world of difference to our living area. We absolutely love the space and they accomplished everything and more than we imagined! The original plan was to finish the work in 3 months, but Georgia experienced so much rain that it put them back a little in the beginning of the project. They caught up at the end by working weekends and in the rain once it was indoor work. Mike, Jesse, and team were so courteous to work with. The team was extremely diligent and arrived on time every single day. What we thought would take weeks was finished in 3 days (walls and entire roof totally finished in 3 days...seriously magic fast). We got so used to having them around that we missed them when the project was over. If I could add before/after pics here, I would, but trust me, it's beautiful! The project turned out so well that 3 of our neighbors have asked for their number for their own projects just in the first 2 weeks of the project finishing! We can't recommend them enough! "
