Your First Call: With your first call to the Case office, a Client Coordinator will discuss the project or repairs you are considering, and determine if you will need an estimate or if the work can be done on an hourly basis. If your project will require an estimate, you will be scheduled an exact-time appointment for a free consultation with a Remodeling Consultant. If your project is small and it can be done on an hourly basis, a Home Repair Specialist will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time to come to your home and perform the work. Free Consultation: Our team of professionals is courteous and will arrive on time. Our Remodeling Consultant will visit your home and talk through your needs and projects. Then, if appropriate, they will use their laptop computers and print out an estimate or contract immediately. Project: Install or Replace Window Glass
My project involved replacing the glass in two of my garden level windows. The contractor cracked the glass and mismeasured one of the windows. To rectify the situation, I was required to leave work on three different occasions to oversee the project. When all was still on fairly good terms, I asked to have additional work quoted and no one ever got back to me. I waited for over a month for an invoice and then I discovered that my credit card was charged without my authorization with an amount that was not what was promised. I am still trying to straighten out the situation but even if all goes well, I would never use them again.

didnt want to do the work in its entirety, wanted to do only patch work under the "minimum charge" of 218.00. handy man sent wanted 290.00 as minimum for 2 hours and then wanted 1,200.00 to do the job described to marcia hundt the day prior. he was short, condesending, and left the job. I hired a skilled carpenter from the paper that did the job in its entirety in 3.5 hours at a rate of 30.00 per hour plus the cost of materials of 35.00 the door is now better than before and wthe workmanship was excellent. Case handyman services did not know what they were doing and tried to charge me 1,000.00 more then they told me it would cost and 1,000.00 more than I was charged by a local city carpenter. Do not recommend these people if you want to maintain a good reputation!
