Comment: I have green Spanish tile (or curved clay ceramic roof tile) that cover the front of the second floor (about 5 rows deep) and span the width of the house which is a duplex. The tile also cover the roof of the first floor porch. When facing the house, the tiles on the left side, 2nd floor are falling. Sometimes they hit the top of the first floor roof before hitting the ground. The first row (bottom to top) of the tile are crooked. I am trying to get estimates for the cost of matching and repairing the missing tile. And, straightening the crooked row.

Comment: I have a two story Colonial with a 1 story closed in sun room. The two story has a slate roof and is pitched. The sun room has a flat roof and has asphalt shingles. I believe that there is a slow leak at the junction of a fireplace and the roof as I have a water stain in my sun room roof where it meets the back of the fireplace.
