"Reagan and his team are the absolute BEST! Extremely professional and very hard working! Also, very intelligent! I have an old house in Durham that had serious drainage issues (old blocked terra cotta pipes, etc). Reagan immediately figured out what needed to be done to correctly solve the problem. I was very confident in his assessment. He was able to start on the job the following week, and within one week they completed tearing up my yard and installing 8 new functional underground drainage pipes that hooked up to my new downspouts and drained out to the road. They left the work site ship-shape. They worked non-stop and I was never worried about the outcome. I am so very impressed with their work that I have hired them to do my monthly lawn/yard care. Rob showed up on time to do the estimate, provided a clear explanation of the problem (had mold and moisture in the crawlspace), answered all of my questions honestly, and agreed to work with my requests rather than forcing me to do things I didn't want to do as opposed to other companies (eg. agreed to clean mold and apply vapor barrier to see if a dehumidifier was really needed). The estimate was much more affordable than other estimates, and they did great work. Our doorbell broke coincidentally while they were working in the crawlspace, and Rob even sent out an electrician to make sure it wasn't anything the crew did to cause the problem.
