We hired Armando to do multiple things to our home. He installed laminate wood flooring, installed barn doors, installed a backsplash in our kitchen, crown molding, chair rail , painting and wainscoating etc. He did a superb job. The work came out amazing. We are very happy with all of the work he did. He was professional at all times,, friendly and reliable. I definitely recommend him and would be using him again in the future. Although its not an option on here, i would give him 10 stars. Definitely exceeded our expectations. R & D

I have used this company in the past for a variety of household tasks, and they have always exceeded my expectations as far as quality and cost. In this case, even though it was a small job, they came out with helpers and had the ceiling fan done in 20 minutes at a very reasonable cost. With service like this, I will continue to use them for other jobs, large and small. Kudos to Armando.

In the past 6 months I have hired Armando to do a LONG list of items at my house. Exterior work has included: pressure wash and paint new 3-color scheme, refurb and repaint 5 carriage lights and one porch pendant light, repair back patio ceiling drywall, repair enclosure screen, replace screen door hardware, replace two existing flood light fixtures, add a third flood light fixture, install two new back patio ceiling fans, install new front door latch set, install new door bell pushbutton. Interior work has included: remove 1500 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring and glue, seal concrete floor with epoxy, and install new bamboo flooring; demo fireplace mantle, wall and hearth to prep for new stone fire place (by others); install new baseboards in all areas where new floor was replaced, relocate two in-wall speakers. rough-in new speaker wiring, relocate two receptacles, relocate dining room pendant fixture, replace all receptacles and light switches in area of renovation, install new screw-less wall plates throughout, remove partial height granite backsplash in kitchen and install new decorative tile backslash from counter to cabinet, install new shower heads in all bathrooms, misc. drywall repairs, paint living room, dining room, kitchen hallways, office, and laundry room new 3-color scheme. We are very happy with the work Armando has done for us. . About the only things he doesn't do is stucco and roof repairs. I would highly recommend him for your project.

I went through 2 other , non reputable contractors before I had the pleasure of meeting Armando. I received bids from 5 contractors , Armando's wasn't the lowest but the best written and extensive. He showed up on time, usually early, cleaned up after his work, kept me informed of his progress and finished exactly when he said he would. He didn't try to sell me anything extra only issues he saw after starting. His workmanship was excellent , his ideas were spot on and his communication the best. he did flooring, tile, cabinets, counter top, painting, plumbing and electrical. I highly recommend his company and work.

I have hired Armando for many different types of projects. He and his team have performed in an EXCEPTIONAL MANNER. He is persistent. He will not make modifications. He insures that the work is done correctly. I highly recommend him for many different project: painting, electrical, cabinet work, etc. He does a fantastic job - EVERY TIME. I have engaged him on four different occasions.

I would highly recommend Lorelei Contracting for any jobs that need to be for the interior or exterior of your house. The owner is very professional & will get back promptly with his quote. All his work is done with great quality & at a good price. He'll put in the extra efforts to please you & did not charge us extra to satisfy us. We had a house to sell in Brandon, FL & we live in California & needed all the work done a month before to list it. He performed everything in a professional manner & paid attention to every detail - the tile job in the bathroom & hallway were remarkable! And also satisfied all the work for our Home Inspection Report we needed done. He's good in all the wood work. The painting in the interior rooms were outstanding with his taste for color, excellent! We would give them a 5 plus star rating review and recommend them to any one needing work on their house.

We have used Armando three times. Once for installing 5 ceiling fixtures and and 5 ceiling fans. Once to paint the interior, and once to install a range hood, and outside venting. Great job on all 3 projects.
