I told him my old heater had died and I needed a new one, and he responded very quickly.  Within a couple days he had a new heater for me and ready to install talk about fast service. His technicans came out to do the work they were very polite and wanted to get started right away. In talking to them they seemed very knowledgeable and within a few hours they were done now talk about fast and speedy service. "For the first 37 years in my home I maintained my pool myself. When this was no longer possible, Joe was the most impressive of the candidates I interviewed. He noticed things his competitors did not. After 8 months of using him, I would give him a A-/B+ grade. I am a hard grader. If something happens on his schedule, weekly pool service slips by a week because there is no backup. That is one of the trade offs in life that I can live with. In the early months of our association there were occasional time slippages of having things completed, which were not time critical, but I noted. I think he tries very hard to accommodate his customers."
