Answered questions and did a great job of cleaning up after clearing small trees. Four stars for customer service due to the receptionist that answers the phone to set appointments. The woman lacks customer service in how to listen and properly respond to customers requests. The woman is not customer friendly at all and needs lessons in communication and that she also represents the company. If not for Nino and the workers we would have taken our business else where. Thinking about new deck but not sure if we want to deal with the woman that answers the phone due to her rudeness. Other then that I would conclude great and awesome workers. Privacy fence is beautiful and just what we wanted. Workers worked hard with attention to detail."

My neighbors had theirs done by Cardinal once they saw ours. I also used them for a privacy fence at a town home.
