"They did a great job. I love the hardwood & carpeting. The only things they need to work on are communication with arrival times and explaining what the home owner can expect or should prepare for. We had hardwood installed, stained & sealed. They said it would be about 3 days, but it took 5. We never knew we had to go to hotel for all 5 due to dust & fumes. But the result was fantastic. The carpeting installation only took one day and the installation guys moved all my heavy antique furniture and put back without damage. Also, the repair of drywall & door in bathroom looks like there never was damage. We are getting estimate on basement repairs now with Fix-it-Please."

"I got new granite kitchen counter-tops and a bathroom vanity. I also ordered tile back splash for the kitchen. I found a crack in the bathroom vanity and had some trouble getting anyone to call me back to fix it. A month went by before I was contacted by the office with an explanation of why my emails and phone calls went unanswered. It was unusual for this to happen to them and the explanation was satisfactory. Then, the owner, Yuksel, came by to fix the crack himself. I am happy with the work and the quality of the granite. Good company with excellent service and prices. Yuksel wants all his customers to be happy and he will go out of his way to fix any problems or answer questions. He is great.
