I got several quotes before deciding to go with Ed and what won me over is the amount of time he spent explaining things, working up the quote and evaluating the work that needed to be done. Of all the people I met with before deciding to work with Ed, he also seemed to be the most honest and straightforward shooter. Ed was also accommodating when I asked for more time to allow me to do the demo of my basement, and he put work aside to allow a waterproofing company to do their work before he began his... he was also very courteous and patient each time we asked questions (which was many) and he spent time explaining everything.
