Way to expensive !! $800 weekly
I want to start off by saying this does work and you will get leads!! however 80% of the people who you come in contact with are being bombarded by 2 or more other businesses that do what you do within mins of you contacting them and they become overwhelmed quickly. Another 10% are gonna nickel and dime you against the other 2 competitors you have that are calling them until there is no profit in it for you!! The last 10 percent of the people are legit customers who you will give a job quote to and about one out of 30 of those will actually do business with you !! I have only been doing business with home advisor for about a month but it's very expensive and the return is very small... I just signed up with Thumb tack to do exactly what home advisor does and it looks to be about half the price only time will tell ??
Top rated company
We are a top rated company who uses h.a. as a lead source. U gotta know how to use this system in order to be successful with them. We do well with h.a. however the review department for giving back credits for leads that are not in your field of work is pretty careless, in other words be prepared to be charged lead fees for leads that are not even in your skill set and expect not to get a credit back for them.. Other than that, it's a great tool for your business. Lots of people on here say how bad they are, well if your a small business and your using them to run your business alone, yeah expect failure. Like I said.. A great tool for your business.
It's ok
HA is the worst source in my list of providers who I am advertise with. They charge a lot and doing poor job of you compare them with sources like Thumbtack or Yelp. Some of the leads I receive from them are junk, few are good and the other is either just price checking or planning and budgeting. Also they send leads to you and your competitors same time. But the customer service are friendly and very helpful. App need to be improved cause mostly you need to use computer or call them directly to get things done. I will keep use HA though cause I make money with them anyway and I build my list of customers with them also.
