    UPDATE: Northbound J22 to J21 . and our traffic officers have managed to open the outside lane past the scene. The TRAPPED TRAFFIC Northbound has just started to move past now. The motorway Northbound remains CLOSED.

    Home now but just went past this. Looked very serious & at the time was on site (since gone). Lots of trapped traffic.

    Northbound J22 to J21 We have a serious incident involving an overturned vehicle. All lanes are currently blocked and our traffic officers are on route.
