Mark and his team are excellent craftsmen. They go out of the ordinary to ensure you know what they plan to do, how the project is coming along and to assist in the decision process if there are snags in the work. iwould recommend Mark and his team for any general construction work. In fact, while Mark was checking on our fence work, we hired him to repair our roof beams that had become weathered over the years. Mark is extremely knowledgeable about houses, fences and just about anything related to construction. I would recommend Mark for any type of work. His skill sets are vast and his quality of work is excellent.

Project: Install a Wood Fence
Besides being all around nice guys, they build a really good fence. They also helped repair my porch. The porch was a last minut add on when we noticed that winter wasn't kind to me. A corner support beam had moved twice its width & on the brink of falling. Mark only asked for the price of materials since he felt it was an emergency. I am already planning more projects with them!

After getting estimates from 5 different contractors for taking out a load bearing wall, installing a 14 ft beam, and creating a new master bedroom with walk-in closet I chose Mark Andrews. He carefully explained all the options, and the different price points of each. He was very professional and sent me individual bids based on us doing different aspects of the total job ourselves by that same evening. His team showed up and was on time, and very professional. They were also very efficient in their work. They finished in record time and the city inspector approved the work that afternoon

On time always. Dressed properly and no foul language. Mark explained everything clearly so I knew what was going on and what needed to be fixed due to bad mistakes by two other companies. Clean up was thourough.

Mark is a great contractor and person. He has a very knowledge crew who are just as concerned with making everything right as he is. We ran into quite a few problems with my basement upgrade due to poor work prior, but he made it right and didn't charge me and arm and a leg. In fact his prices were more than reasonable. I couldn't have asked for a better team!

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
Working with this person was a nightmare experience from the beginning to the end.
Response by Greater Spokane Construction, LLC: This Consumer was highly impressed with our work! She even gave us a tip after all work was competed. Then placed a stop payment on our final payment check and we had to fight with her to be paid for the work completed. She suffers from some serious issues that we never were able to understand. We completed every aspect of the project and it was confirmed by the client that the work and we exceeded her expectations.

Project: Hire a Handyman
When they say they will be there, they are. On time and ready to work. They finish the work that they are assigned and ask for feed back. Professional, no nonsense. The overall project looks great.I will recommend them to others that are interested in good workmanship and great customer service.

Comment: I have an old door from a garage (although it looks more like a barn door) probably dated back to around 1910 that I would like to use as the closet door. So for the main closet, I just need framing, drywall, trim, a hanging rod and one shelf above the rod. The garage door is not as tall as my room so I was hoping to have additional cabinet space above the main closet so that the closet goes from floor to ceiling. There is a radiator that will need to be built around and it will need to be accessible for maintenance. I'm happy to meet with you so you can take measurements of the space and my door. Thank you!

Comment: There are several small projects that we need done now. And we'd anticipate future small projects in the future. Right now it would be crown molding in the dining room, building wood frame window screens to fit existing windows. The house was build in 1921 and the front windows open, but do not have any screens. There are separate storm windows that can be removed for warmer weather. It would be great to be able to insert wood framed screens into the spot where the storm window goes.
