This project is at Governors Island National Monument, a unit of the National Park Service. The island is reached by a ten minute ferry ride and the ferry runs every hour. The buildings in question are historic.

THE TOP TWO SECTIONS THAT LEAD TO ROOF ARE DOWN. DOWNSPOUT NEEDS TO BE RE-INSTALLED AND CONNECTED TO BUILDING AND GUTTER LEADING FROM ROOF. BUILDING IS A BROWNSTONE WITH FOUR FLOORS. THE DOWNSPOUT AND GUTTER ARE AT BACK OF BUILDING AND IS IN GOOD CONDITION. NEED A FREE AND FAIR ESTIMATE OF WORK TO BE DONE.
