I did not end up with the type of system I needed. I cannot drink the water because it tastes horrible. Now, I'm told that I need a different system. I hope to be able to change this rating to all "very good" in the near future.

Came ahead of time ;fixed promptly. Very satisfied with service.Hourly rate. Did not realize that even if I ask questions, that time will be counted as part of hourly rate, would not have asked questions. So though the work was finished in less than a hour, had to pay for an hour and a half.otherwise highly recommended....

The only issue I have is that the master bathroom shower water pressure has been cut in 1/2. I am now stuck with fixing that problem.

Comment: I snaked my sewer line last year from my downstairs toilet, past the washer, and into my main sewer line due to a backing up of water from the toilet while running washer. It has been one year and now is doing the same thing. I used a camera myself and see there is a ton of build up of hair, gunk, and who know what else. I need a good cleaning (not just snaked). Either scraping pipes (but they are old cast iron) or jetting. It's about 75ft or so to clean from toilet to the outside clean out.

Comment: In our upstairs bathroom, the toilet needs to be replaced, with an oval toilet. The toilet currently there is so old you can't buy replacement parts. Also, the shower knobs might need to be replaced. They keep leaking when you turn them off. Sadly, there is no stop valves in the wall for these knobs so stop valves might also need to be added. In our first floor bathroom, we need the current toilet replaced with an oval toilet. It currently flushes with very little power. We would love to have both toilets flush effectively. We are looking for someone who does a really good job as we will have many more plumbing projects in the future.
