The man didn't show up for 12:00 noon appointment. My husband called company & scheduled appointment for next day @ 12:00 noon. Man didn't show up until about 5:00pm. The man vacuumed area on stormed door where framed glass will be installed. He removed framed glass from box & installed it into storm door. He was here about 20 minutes or less & charged $150.00. We think he charged too & he didn't show up the first day & didn't call. My husband had to call & make another appointment @ 12 noon & the man didn't show up until about 5:00pm. We were inconvenienced 2 days waiting on him.

Appointment was @ 12 noon; he didn't show up. My husband called co & made appt for next day @ 12 noon; man didn't come until about 5:00pm. We needed glass replaced in storm door. He vacuumed around the frame, & popped the new glass in ( which is in a frame). He was here about 20 min & charged $150.00 which we think is too expensive especially since he didn't show 1st day & late 2nd day. My husband had to call him twice. Did excellent job cleaning up after himself.

RML Construction did a siding repair very quickly. They were able to repair existing siding rather than replace and hence saved us some money. Unfortunately, they accidentally broke a tile on our patio which we will need to have replaced. Overall, a solid job and I would recommend them.

We had some initial issues with a newer subcontractor, but Ran was available to answer questions and deal with concerns through the whole job. They pushed around the schedule to get us in quicker so the house would be ready for being listed and did an overhaul to finish in time for photos. Ran did walk-throughs throughout the job and after it was completed and assured us it wouldn't be done and we wouldn't be expected to pay until we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend finding a different contractor. Although the type of service says "painting", I hired RML to complete several repairs to a rental property. To say they cut corners is an understatement. The interior painter got paint on the original hardwood floors and the trim was sloppily painted with no sharp lines. Several items, including doorframes had to be pulled out and completely replace by a second contractor. Nearly every task RML Construction was hired to do was so poorly executed that I ended up hiring a second contractor to come and clean up the numerous problem areas. The amount of shoddy work was shocking, even after the RML crew came back out multiple times to correct the work that had been done. Rand, made a valiant attempt at customer service, which is why they got 2.5 stars in that area. However, no amount of customer service or even partial refund could make up for the terrible workmanship. On top of everything, the crew was dishonest. I seriously question the amount of positive reviews. This isn't a crew that is accustomed to doing work well, and that was made pretty clear over the few weeks I dealt with RML Construction.

On both projects that I had them do, the work was done in a timely manner. It compared favorably in price and quality with other contractors I have used. I will gladly recommend their services anytime.
