We have rebuilt an addition and added a second story to our old NW Denver home. Unfortunately, we had to wait 20 weeks for Denver permitting to go through, but once construction started Pete and his crews have been incredible. From the first interaction going through the design iterations and all the way through finishing touches, Pete has been incredibly responsive, quality- and detail-oriented, and a great sounding board through all of the decisions we've had to make. The project has been on budget and any surprises were clearly pointed out to us and clear change requests submitted to us with any additional work necessary. The project has also been on schedule (even a little ahead of schedule), with Pete keeping us in the loop of what is happening each step of the way. Highly recommend Pete and Regal Construction.
