At the beginning I just wanted to walk in tub and so I called multiple companies , met with few companies but non of them were able to take me to a showroom that sells the walk-in tubs and offered me ordering the tub online which I didnâ t like. Those companies were more concern about my budget rather than show me what they can do and how they can meet my criteria and expectations. After meeting with Moses from Hometech they gave me the option to visit showroom where I could see the walk-in tubs as well as large selection of other fixtures. They also helped me obtaining permit for the job that has been done in my mobile house. I really like the fact that the guys working at my house were always the same people . I also appreciated lots of great ideas Moses and designer Allen had. With their ideas, help and financing option they offered me I decided to do multiple other projects From an idea of installing a walk-in tub I remodeled my both bathrooms completely as well as kitchen and changed the flooring in entire house. The communication with company and all team was great. They kept me updated with the progress and also always explained each step. Iâ m very pleased with the final job and would recommend Hometech Construction & Design to family and friends.

We were looking for a contractor to completely remodel our one bedroom condo in San Francisco. We met with few different companies but after meeting with Moses from HomeTech Construction & Design, he gave us great suggestions that showed us his experiences. He was also very clear with the cost and what his included and what is not. They were able to work with our budget as it was very important also they provided 100% financing for no additional cost. They helped us pull all the necessary permits as well as made sure everything is done by legal expectations. Project was finishes at least two weeks earlier then predicted and the apartment rented even before all work was done. We and new tenants were really pleased with the finishes, design and quality of work. We especially really like the bathroom finishes. It was very easy communicate with the designer, office, contractor, and of course Moses, the project manager. Also the communication between the team was very well coordinated. We would definitely recommend HomeTech to everyone looking to remodel their home.

We hired Hometech Construction & Design to do nearly all house renovation - open up and completely remodel the kitchen, create a master suite, remodel our second bathroom, change hardwood flooring and do interior paint. All team was very professional, knowledgable and always available to answer any questions or solve any issues. In approximately 10 weeks, they transformed the house into a modern masterpiece. Perhaps the best attribute of Hometech is that they take pride in their work and want to do the job right. We had new flooring installed in the master bedroom, which did not match the other floors, so they refinished all the floors they all look the same. Our project manager Moses sat down with us and went through the whole contract, line by line. In terms of prices, they are not inexpensive, but what we got was a top-of-the-line job from experts using quality materials. They were able to anticipate any issues and fix them right away. The price on the contract was the price we paid, no surprises. I highly recommend Hometech Construction & Design and would use them again if we needed another home remodel

In January, 2017, I had a complete interior remodel of a 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath townhouse in Cupertino. Work included upgraded electrical panel, recessed LED lighting in kitchen living room, and bathrooms, new vanities, walk in shower in master bath, tile, laminate floors in living and dining room, new cabinets and countertops in kitchen, constructing a storage closet under stairs, new carpet in bedrooms and stairs, removal of popcorn ceilings, and complete painting. They also built a new mantle over my fireplace. This took about 3 months and the crew worked pretty much every day except when waiting for inspections (3 or 4 times). They even worked a few weekends. My girlfriend and I went shopping with their designer to pick out the tile, cabinets, sinks, etc. He then ordered the necessary quantities and I simply paid the invoices. All materials were picked up by the crew. She and I also used Home Depot and Lowe's to buy additional items, such as a dining room chandelier, new porch lights, ceiling fans, etc., which the crew installed. I even bought new front door hardware which they installed for me. The crew was excellent and took special care to not let either of my cats escape when the doors were open. Minor mistakes along the way, such as a wrong paint color, which was corrected as soon as it was pointed out. I stayed in the home the entire time, switching bathrooms as each was being worked on. I was not there during the day for most of the work, having to be there for only a couple of days (kitchen appliance delivery and carpet installation for example) during the entire project. I even had two week long trips away from home during this time. The crew took very good care of things and (after the first few days) I was totally comfortable with them in my home while I wasn't there. Nothing was taken or disappeared, although a few things got misplaced as stuff was moved around! The project was broken up into four phases (first one bathroom, then master bathroom, kitchen, and others). Each stage had a down payment and four stage payments as work was completed, with the final payments as each phase was completed. I found this quite equitable and fair. At the end of the project, they power washed my front and back decks and sidewalks where there had been a variety of construction "stains".

We spent some time looking for contractors online and called three construction companies that we liked the most and scheduled estimates. Because my husband and I work full time we really appreciated that we could schedule meeting with Hometech Construction & Design on Sunday afternoon. We met with contractor Moses he was very knowledgeable, passionated about the job and with positive attitude. We bought an older house and knew it would need a lot of work and he had some fantastic ideas about what we could do with the space. Once we hired Hometech to do our bathrooms and kitchen remodel, Moses kept us constantly informed and up to date about progress and also was reachable at anytime and day when we had any questions or wanted to make some changes. On our second meeting we met with the designer . He created for us 3D design and helped us choosing fixtures as well. Most importantly, Moses didn't beat around the bush and try to make unrealistic promises. Some contractors will promise the world and lower their prices to get you to sign. He was honest and straightforward and we loved that. Our both bathrooms, kitchen and floors downstairs were finished on time as promised and look even better then expected. We have few other projects that we ate planning to do in near future but luckily we wont need to go through all the search again .

All the Hometech employees were professional and very hands-on. Moses was great, very helpful and profesional. We were remodeling our bathroom and hired Hometech specifically because they provide the design ( also 3D design was a big plus ! ) and complete construction all together at the same company , under one contract . When problems were discovered in our wall and floor structure they fixed these too. Despite these unforseen setbacks they finished the complete remodel in 3 weeks. Great job and also very clean

I recently moved into my new home about a month ago and desperately needed the kitchen remodeled. Its a pretty old building but Moses (contractor) was very detailed with everything, from the cracks behind the shelves to the kitchen sink! Im completely in love with my new kitchen! Now its time to have my house warming party. Definitely would recommend to any home owner looking to jazz up the space

Woohooo! Im very happy, finally I have a NEW kitchen thanks to HomeTech!!! For me, the kitchen is one of the most important areas in my apartment, I gotta confess I have a very picky boyfriend, and we've wanted to remodel our kitchen for a while now, we went to many places trying to find the best materials, for the right price, and we where having trouble finding a place that matched our criteria. Then a friend of mine recommended me to HomeTech. First of all the customer service was wonderful, they listened to all our ideas, they came to our apartment, and gave us a few options based on our budget and what we wanted. I really liked the options they had, so we ended up using HomeTech to design our kitchen. And I am glad I did. Our kitchen looks so beautiful; from the tile to our cabinets, a huge makeover. The color, the texture it looks so nice. A well needed upgrade. They did such an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them.
