I chose to work in this industry because I come from a family of plumbers, my father and uncle allowed me to attend with them on both residential, commercial, plumbing, heating, rough-in to finish, underground & above ground jobs at a very young age and since then I've been involved in the industry for over 20+ years, I obtained my Journeyman plumbers license before graduating high school, soon after that I was able to get my Master plumbing license, thats when Extreme Plumbing & Heating Corporation was born..

My basement sink was clogged. I poured Drano (I know I should not have done that) down it. As the water just sat there looking at me laughing while the Drano ate away at my pipes, I knew I needed help. I called Extreme Plumbing Tuesday afternoon. They were prepared to come out that day but I was not prepared. They came out Thursday afternoon. They were running a little late and they called, not when they were supposed to be there but 15-20 minutes before to let me know they were going to be a little late. As they were working, they explained everything to me. They explained how much it would cost if it was a simple fix and what it would cost if there was major problems. It was a simple fix with minor parts and what they quoted for a simple fix is what I paid. No hidden cost at all. These men were professional, clean, informative, and friendly. They are in my contacts as my plumber now. I was so impressed with their professionalism I got several of their cards to pass along to my friends. If you have plumbing problems, this is the company you need to call.

Extreme Plumbing and Heating are honest, extremely conscientious and true to their word company. Wayne provided quote for relatively large project to dig/repair/replace street curb trap to inside house connection. This required breaking into my finished basement and breaking up 3 concrete sidewalk blocks on my sidewalk and replacing pipes/connections from my house connection to the curb trap were compliant to code and in proper working condition. Wayne, Benjamin and their team was extremely courteous and conscientious. They made sure that minimal demolition was done in my finished basement so I wouldn't suffer additional fees to replace/repair the basement drywall, tiles, etc. They did a beautiful job and made sure any issues/areas impacted from their work on my property was left in a clean, working and better-than-before condition. The project was more complex than usual and lasted more than a full day, but Extreme Plumbing and Heating were great - conscientious and very accommodating of my schedule. Their quote wasn't the lowest one that I received, but they were all encompassing. You can tell from their customer service, they worked to keep the entire project cost as low as possible for the customer. The lowest quote is not necessarily the best. Extreme Plumbing and Heating's quote fell in the middle but they were definitely the best overall and I'll definitely be back for future work. The lowest quotes mentioned in its body additional fees for a full complete job - for example, when I asked for more details, I found out that they mentioned estimates for the refilling/concrete repairs, or addition camera charge but wasn't in the final total. Extreme Plumbing and Heating's quote was full cycle and contained absolutely no hidden fees - from demolition to re-filling/grading and re-concreting all areas and cleaning up spotlessly any dirt in my house. There were absolutely no hidden "surprise!" fees due to having to use other plumbing equipment not explicitly stated in the body of the contract. NO "surprise!" additional fees is absolutely wonderful as I've had multiple instances of other plumbers working on smaller jobs tacking on extra fees whilst on the job - my quote was my total cost to get the entire project completed. I did not have to worry about having to pay more than my quote which is a huge relief. No one likes having to spend more than they thought they agreed to pay!
