Very responsive, very prompt, very friendly, and he did the best he could without the proper tools. Disappointed that the "dispatcher" didn't give him all of the information -- that I needed a round hole in a piece of wood. Difficult to cut a round hole with just a saw.

Comment: I have an old vanity with a single sink in my bathroom that I want either re-faced or custom built using bamboo or similar wood material. The existing cabinet is 22" deep by 53" wide and has a few underneath cabinets and a drawer. I cannot find anything that is a similar size. I would like a granite type counter.
