Comment: The repair is in the finished our storage room adjacent to the garage. There is a window that was sheet-rocked over. The window is leaking and sheet-rock over it needs to be removed, the window removed. Then the opening needs to be closed, with wood exterior siding (from Craddocks Lumberyard) and new Sheetrock put on to cover the interior where the window is closed in. I want to put a air conditioner in that room so there needs to be an opening framed in the side room in for the air conditioner.
