Comment: Solid oak floor installed 18 years ago. Installation was not well done--fairly dried out glue, some gaps, some areas clearly not adhering to concrete slab beneath. I question whether a powerful drum sander should be used on this floor. The one time it was refinished about 9 years ago, we used Mr. Sandless. This is no longer an option in Arizona.

The last time it was refinished (more than 10 years ago) it was done by a firm calleed "Mr. Sandless", with very little sanding and almost no dust. The result was great, but this firm is no longer in the Phoenix area. I'm looking to have someone come out and examine what is here, to even see if they can refinish it and put a new coat of whatever on. Thank you
