The "right side" of the house 2 bedrooms and a hall way, we want complete before July 15th so we can move in. We are looking to use a chestnut stain and 3 coats of matte or satin finish. Area for phased 1 is 400sqft. The rest of the house living room and master bedroom, we will want to refinish and match the right side of the house in color.
