Response by Right Frame of Mind, Inc.: I devoted a full day to locating a match for the tile, and quoted a fair price to repair the grout before the work upstairs was started. The price was accepted. The speed in which the work was done is a result of many years of experience, and the quote was for the work required and was not a ate based on time. No refund was given.

Glenn and his crew have done a great job. We will def continue to use him on future projects(which we are doing now). We will also refer him and his crew to other people. Glen really seemed to enjoy getting into the details and creating craft in his work on par with the original 1922 bungalow detailing. I have already recommended him to many of my friends.

We love the job, did very good finishing work, knowledgeable about the wood floor products...will use again... We had some trouble in communications and start/stop expectations, but hard to tell if this was normal or just the remodel crunch going on.

We ran into a couple of problems during the course of our job, and I was disappointed with the way the contractor handled the situations. The quaility of work was O.K., but I don't feel that it was what I was promised. Maybe that is just par for the course? Overall: work was done to satisfaction, but process wasn't that great!
