Can we help you find Cleaning Service pros?

Cleaning your windows is a job that should optimally be done twice a year. But depending on the size of your home, cleaning all of your windows can end up becoming quite the production. While it's possible to do it yourself, buying the right supplies alone can end up the same as the cost of hiring a pro. Reputable pros will have the proper ladders, cleaning solutions, and most importantly, squeegees that will make your windows spotless.
Also, keep in mind, doing a good job on windows requires standing on a ladder while using multiple tools to clean. This can be a dangerous prospect for some homeowners, and worthy of calling a pro by itself. However, it can be hard to predict the cost to clean windows when considering this option. Based on over 9,000 HomeAdvisor customers, window cleaning costed an average of $207, with smaller jobs costing $80 and $400 for large homes with many windows in hard to reach places.
Below are some of the most common factors that contribute to the average price to clean windows.

Number of windows

One of the biggest factors in the cost to clean windows is the number of windows in your home. Some pros charge by the number of panes to clean. Others charge by square footage of your home. But in general, the more windows you have, the higher the cost to clean windows will be.

Screens

If you have window screens, then your pro will also clean those. Adding screens to the equation might bring up the average price to clean windows, but is a huge benefit to have those cleaned. This will keep any debris out of your screens and will make your windows appear even cleaner.

Sills and tracks

Some window cleaning companies will scrub the sills and tracks. This will be included in the per-window cost to clean windows, but is another added benefit of having a pro do the work.

Extra high

If you have windows above a second story, then sometimes those windows will be more than the average price to clean. This isn't a hard and fast rule, but something to look out for as some companies abide by this policy.

Mineral deposits

If you need to have mineral deposits removed, then this will increase the cost to clean windows per pane. This is something that will need to be done, however, and pros should have the right formulas and methods to remove them.
At the end of the day, cleaning windows can take the average homeowner a long time to complete. From the juggling act of working on a ladder to the lack of professional-grade cleaners and equipment, cleaning windows yourself can be a headache. The cost to clean windows is relatively low compared to other home projects, and can guarantee the job gets done well.

I  am a pro window cleaner, and it is amazing how different look a glass window look using the proper tools and simple water and dish washing soap . To give you a tip, if your windows are dirty, your frames also are. So the first thing to be clean it is your frames. A bucket wirh soap and water, a small towel and a good squeegee could be the simple things to be use in order to clean your glass window. Remember, if you have to use a latter always step straight on it, never intent to reach an spot to the sides where you have to place yourself in danger. Clean your frame with lots of water and soap, dry it real good with another dry towel and start to clean your glass. Some times you will find little rocks on your glass. To remove it you need a blade. At waltmart, or homedepot you can buy those. Wet the glass first and scrub it with the blade. Then, soap and water, ang squeegee to dry it, but always standing in front of the latter.

The biggest issue with cleaning windows in AZ, is they dry before you can totally clean each pane. One has to juggle which side of the house to clean depending on where the sun is.
