I hired Jory to install new windows at my home. He provided a great price and was straightforward about what I could expect, including timing of any custom orders due to COVID. Once the windows were ready, his crew arrived on time. The work was nicely done and the new windows look great. Would definitely consider Reel Construction for any home improvement projects in the future

Jory and his crew were very nice an cooperative as before. But the cost was a little higher than expected.

Our 25 year old exterior stairs were in bad shape. Trouble was that we had just had the aluminum railing powder coated and wanted to be sure that the new stairs matched the old stairs so that the railing would fit the original layout with 3 different landings. Reel Construction built a very solid set of stairs and installed our railings as well - they fit perfectly. At the end of the project we needed to replace an aluminum railing bracket that was cracked and some of the railings still needed bolts. I had already paid and was a little bit worried that they would not come back out to complete the job. No worries, as soon as I had the replacement parts I let Jory know and he had his guys out in just a few days to complete everything. First rate construction firm - we highly recommend and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Reel construction went above and beyond my expectations! I was nervous about having my entire home renovated, but Jory and his staff made this experience so easy! They were very transparent and upfront about everything and always available to chat when needed. They did such a beautiful job on my home and the attention to detail was amazing! I will definitely be calling Reel Construction for any future projects and have already referred them to others in the neighborhood!

This company added a porch to the back of my house. My cats enjoy it every day! All members of this company were very pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely skilled. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

In July 2018, I hired Reel Construction to build a concrete, two-story, 17X19 ft storage building. While the overall work performed was well done, we did experience some problems. During the seven months it took to complete the project, we often felt like we were not being kept in the loop as to what was occurring with the project and we were often asked questions by those working on the building that we could not answer. Another problem involved the delivery of the roofing shingles. When these were delivered, we were told by those delivering them that were unable to place them on the roof, due to the nearby power lines. Not knowing at the time that these tiles are supposed to be placed on the roof by those delivering them, we suggested the tiles could be placed inside the building. When the roofer and the contractor found out about this, we were accused of making this decision, when in actuality the company that delivered the tiles refused to attempt to place them on the roof. While most everyone who worked on the building did quite well, we were somewhat disappointed in the quality of the work done by the carpenters in building the stairs to the second floor. I feel the carpenters are skilled in what they do, but the work looked like it was rushed. The top railing wood support was completely broken in half. Several cracks and pieces of wood were broken off from the nailing. None of these were repaired by the carpenters. Despite the problems, I would re-hire Reel Construction for future projects.

I had an atrium converted to an office, and it turned out beautiful! The workman did a good job, and cleaned up everyday after completing their work. Jory was a pleasure to deal with, and I will definitely use them in the future for other projects.
