I was very pleased with the customer contact to me. The system got installed very quickly and professionally even tho they had to stop for a few minutes for rain. This is a great company and I would recommend them to everyone.

They were on time to give me a quote and take $2,800.00 from me, but failed to commit to a timeline for scheduling and completion of the project. After numerous emails from me, and phone calls from them promising me that they would call me back with a completion date (which NEVER HAPPENED), I sent an email this morning cancelling the service and asking for my $2,800.00 back. I do not expect to see my money returned timely.

After speaking with the office I received a visit today and the company has arranged to come out and redo the drainage systems. I'm very happy about this and their swift response to my call informing them of the situation.

Had 7,000' of sod installed and sprinkler system parts replaced. After initial sales agreement / down payment it took two months before work was performed. While the crew was very efficient the day the job was performed there was still several areas needing attention when they left. The foreman informed me they were busy and wouldn't be returning. I've placed subsequent phone calls to the company that haven't been returned. I understand this is a busy, rainy season, however, for a job exceeding $10,000 dollars, it would seem appropriate to have an employee follow up and add a little dirt and cut in a couple pieces of additional sod between the many 3" gaps between newly laid sod pieces.

After the planning, the project manager came to look at the job to plan install of irrigation system and landscaping. Very good second look and asked questions that closed some holes in the original plan. Very happy that they took the time and eliminated problems that could have stalled the project. Very good at what they do...they are just extremely busy and have a full schedule.
