As a homeowner and "do it yourself" landlord, I am very cautions when screening/hiring contractors for things outside my capabilities. Yes, I will call 5 estimates before making a decision. RAD was contacted at the last minute through HomeAdvisor. Randy is a solid person and before receiving his estimate I already made up my mind. His price for installing my security lighting was excellent. Also, one of my light heads has some minor issues (this was NOT related to his instillation) and he sent someone to replace this issue next day for free. Randy is a sweet cool cat and I will not hesitate to contact him again.
