Kaspersky Lab announced the release of Patch E for Kaspersky Security Center (version 9.3.75)

Patch E (for Administration Server) eliminates the following problems:

  • Problems connecting the console to the Administration Server.
  • Incorrect operation of the Administration Console when connecting to the server if the Administration Server contains several thousands of groups.
  • Slow operation of Administration Console when the connection to hosts is slow. 
  • Problems creating reports for selections.
  • Problems viewing the category properties when updating from version 9 TR to 9 CF3.

How to install

For silent installation (for example, for distribution via KSC), add the –s key to the command.

Note. The patch cannot be run from the disk root or from the application installation folder.

After the installation of Patch E, file versions in the Administration Server installation folder should change to 9.3.88:

  • klcskca.dll;
  • klcsnagt.dll;
  • klcssa.dll;
  • klcssrv.dll;
  • klcsstd2.dll;
  • klcstr2.dll;
  • kldb_mssql.dll;
  • kldb_mysql.dll;
  • klnagent.exe

To view the information about the installed Kaspersky Security Сenter 9 patches, create the Kaspersky Lab software version report with the Updates installed field included. The patch details will be then displayed in the Updates installed field of the report.
