Comment: Townhouse Master bath which is small. I would like new flooring, vanity only as I have an updated counter top, sinks, and fixtures. I need painting done, and advice on whether to tear out existing tub/ shower surround, or go with just a walk in shower done with white subway tiles, with a clear slider shower door. I have fixtures for shower. Would also like to know if existing wall between vanity area and toilet/ tub area can be taken down to a pony wall and get rid of door to open up area. Some ceiling blemishes need cosmetic work only. A framed mirror over vanity that accommodates double sinks. Electrical work will be needed.
