The staff at Empire Contractors were helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning of this project. They meet with us on multiple occasions in order to get everything right and made sure that are project was completed at the highest quality possible. We would be glad to recommend them to anyone looking to have a home improvement project completed.

This was our first time using Empire. We were looking for a competent, trustworthy, reliable contractor to assess and repair a roofing problem. I'd contacted 4 contractors, 3 responded -- Contractor , from Empire, was the first to respond. I gave him the details of the problem and within days, he had come to our home and assessed the problem. He provided details of the issue along with his professional recommendations and estimates. In addition to a detail explanation of the issue...he also provided short- and long- remedies. The pricing was very reasonable for the work performed. Once we signed off on our decision, Contractor came and took care of the problem -- very timely and no mess! He was very professional and responsive, even when he had other projects tugging on his services. Since the work, we've had several heavy rain events and the repair has proven to be sound and secure. Thank you, , for great work and when we're ready for the next project, we'll contact Empire.

The Best! I talked to several other contractors, but Patrick and Mark were the best at product knowledge and customer service. We had new gutters installed and a new roof installed on our dormer. Patrick and Mark made sure that we had the right solution for our home and the installation team was great to work with. I felt that Empire really took care of us and I definitely recommend them!

Called four different roofers and chose Empire because of Patrick, Brian and Mark. They explained the whole process in detail and were very patient to our concerns. My wife and I are very happy with the results.

Patrick and Brian were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs for an install date. Both were very polite and professional. Patrick stayed in constant contact with me regarding my roof replacement and kept me informed on what to expect next. He made the process very easy to get through and explained everything perfectly. Brian made me aware of some chimney repairs that need to be done in the future. I appreciated him letting me know what is going on as I am never on the roof to check things out. The problem will get worse over the years, but his information will save me money when I have the repair completed, because I now know it needs work and can have the job completed before it gets worse. Their staff was also polite and efficient. I was very pleased with the great job they did and how fast it was finished. They cleaned up everything around the house and I have not found one thing in the yard that would have came from the roof...not even one roofing nail or scrap from the old shingles. I would not hesitate to call Empire Contractors again in the future. They do great work at a reasonable price and are just nice guys who went out of their way for me. They are an A+++++ company and I recommend them to anyone needing a repair or new shingle installment. Thanks Guys!
