Comment: We have a dusk-to-dawn light attached to our detached garage. For some time, it was on all the time, instead of being dusk-to-dawn. I started turning it off and on manually, at the appropriate times, but yesterday, I could not get it to turn on. Instead of turning on, it made a fizzling sound, and flickered before going out. It is not the lamp/bulb, as it burned brightly the night before. I suspect that there is a short somewhere in the electrical.
