Comment: We have a 2 BR/2BA 2 story condo 4 houses off the beach in Belmont Shore. It is 1604 sq. ft. We have approx. 500 sqft. of hardwood floors that need to be cleaned and waxed. There is also a built in office area with lots of wood shelves and a desk that needs to be cleaned/dusted. There are 2 BR and 2 BA upstairs. Bedrooms are carpeted and baths are tiled. General cleaning in the bathrooms is needed. We have already washed windows in the condo and cleaned the outside of the cabinet doors in the kitchen. The inside of cabinets and drawers need to be wiped down. All of the appliances (stainless steel) in the kitchen have been cleaned inside. Just the outsides needs to be wiped and polished. All the walls inside the unit have been freshly painted. New carpet in the bedrooms. We will be leasing this unit and want it to look professionally cleaned. We bought another home up in Paso Robles, Ca. so we want to lease this property out to upscale renters. We were recommended by Brockman Property
