He went above and beyond, to work my repair into a very busy schedule. Was courteous, helpful when questions were asked and honest about appraising and bidding the work. Pleased with the results and have scheduled further repairs.

Project: Install Drywall
Where to start with this review... Dave is one cool dude. We had Dave in our house for just about two months doing a full home remodel. House was built in 1959 so it had PLENTY of tricks up its sleeves. We took a few bed rooms, TV room and a hall way down to the framing, repaired interior and exterior brick walls where water had caused the damage that started all of this. Many of these walls were paneling against brick with no insulation. Dave tore everything out, repaired the brick walls, framed up the brick walls, added new insulation, drywall, trim and paint. He tackled many other projects as well. Dave is a workhorse. Never once did I see him slack off unless it was to crack a joke about some repair I did because it was not perfect ;). He is always on time and is there when he says he will be. Not only is Dave a fantastic handyman, he is a great person and a stand up dude. My wife and I actually miss having him around LOL! I highly recommend Dave for any project you might have. He was able to tackle everything we threw at him. Thank you Dave! The Pope's

Dave worked hard to remove a rock and concrete fountain from our backyard. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and right. On top of that, he graciously took other waste we had to the dump. We would recommend him to others and plan on using him again for work in the future.

I was in need for deck repairs and reached out to several builders. Many calls not returned, bids way too high (because the job was perceived to be too small), but my first conversation with Dave (DM Handyman) was awesome! We set up a time so he could look at my deck the next day and he was right on time. He was also the only one that came to look at my deck and inspected it so closely spending nearly a ½ hour determining the repairs and how he would complete them. He promised an estimate that evening and he delivered on that promise. His bid was very fair for the work that needed to be done. He arrived as promised and took nearly a day to complete the work. It was far from easy work to fix the shortcuts the original builder of the deck took. My wife and I feel much safer now the deck is up to code and items we didn’t realize were faulty were repaired. Dave is very honest and provides outstanding service. I highly recommended Dave (DM Handyman) for any work you need completed and I am positive I will reach out to him again. Thanks Dave!
