Comment: There is no foundation problem. I had shrubs around the house and cut them as they were a problem - their roots damaged the outer layer of the cement around a portion of the house. The builder put a sand kind of plaster as an outward layers, but I discovered that this should have been done with a "metal mesh" in order to hold and he did not use a mesh! Now I am not sure if I want the visible portion of the cement covered with a mesh/cement layer or use fals bricks like I have seen it done.

Comment: There is one major area on the foundation with a bulge that has been repaired badly and needs to be re-done. The bottom of the foundation has several areas that have been repaired badly and need to be re-done. After repairs are made to all damaged areas, I would like to have the entire foundation re-skimmed with a finish coat of concrete to make it look great.
